iOS 14 App Library

My App Library put all non Apple apps in the others folder and I’ve restarted my phone but it’s still like that. How can I fix it?😅

Apps missing in App Library. I purchased the iPhone 13 pro max yesterday and when I restored my last backup to it via my Mac, everything worked except I’m missing a lot of apps in my App Library even though it says in the App Store that they are downloaded to my phone already. I tried restarting the iPhone and that didn’t help.
