Hi i purchased an apple phone iPhone 11 from olx but its asking for apple id, I'm android user and have not the experience of that kind of phone, i know there's no way to skip the icloud id so i want to return this phone to its original owner free of cast, is there any possibility to contact that person????

You gambled and lost.
If you don't know how to contact them, then you're out of luck I'm afraid. No-one else can help you.
Return it to whoever you bought it from and demand your money back.
If they refuse, hand it over to the police. You purchased what is most likely a stolen phone.
