Bought a new PC. Want to move iTunes from old PC to new. Don't need to move the music files, which are on an external drive. Just want to move all of the data I have associated with music (star ratings, composers, etc) How do I do that?

Essentially you need to copy the iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer and give the external drive the same letter on the new system. It may be better to organize the library fully on the external drive so it can be more easily moved around and backed up.
