instagram app wont upload videos on iphone6

Allows me to upload photos but NOT video.

Have checked all advice I can from online help including

• Deleted cache, from settings, storage.
• Uninstalled app and reinstalled
• Phone off/on
• backed up phone, reset and restored

Can login on a different phone and it works (so not an issue with the account)

Everything I have tried has not worked - is there an issue with iphone 6 specifically?
