iPhone 12 mini wireless charging issues

We want to get this issue resolved so you can charge the iPhone wirelessly as expected.

Try removing the case on your iPhone if there is one, to see if the same thing happens. Is the charger you're using Qi-certified?

Also have you tried testing with another charger to see if the same thing happens? Does the iPhone charge normally when using the cable to charge?

Let's also make sure your iPhone is using the latest iOS version to help resolve any issues: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

To continue, were you able to confirm that your iPhone 12 mini is using the current iOS version?

Please test with a Qi-certified charger next, so we can test to see if the charger is causing the issue for this particular iPhone. We’ll proceed accordingly.
