Free Year of Apple TV+

We received a year's subscription to Apple TV+ with our new iPad. We were able to easily access it on the iPad but can't get past the "Try Apple TV+ Free" (for the 7 day free trial) screen on our smart TV.) We have a fairly new Samsung Smart TV.

Free Apple TV + for a year when you buy Apple TV 4K Hi I have a question I just brought the Apple TV 4K unit with a free year of Apple TV + service. So is the free one year Apple TV only on the 4K box or also free on the app to see it on iPad also thanks.

Never mind...I finally figured it out...I never noticed the settings button on the TV App screen
