Iphone microphone muffled during calls and in voice memos

using iphone 8 3 days ago dropped my phone while i was on a call and when pickd up back that caller can’t hear me anymore.

so i have tried to cleaning the microphone by using dust (bottom left one) that didn’t worked

then replaced the microphone with all over charging port. And also that worked but when i came home slowly slowly that problem came again this time i have tested microphone in voice memos and heard that its noisy and then gone to the repair again replaced the microphone and still that problem existed this time the microphone is not loud but still can’t pickup my sound so i have tried to reset the phone and it worked but after a day it still occurs the problem and now I realised that the rubber housing of microphone on the left side of charging port in the buttom is not there like there is nothing i can see the microphone and other parts of mobile using a flash light now going to install the housing and replacing the microphone again and reseting the phone and ill try this again so if it works ill reply here. Good luck guys if you have any solutions than please let me know.
