Hello out there. Mic not working on my AirPods Max (sound volume low, muffled voice). Called Apple Support and they immediately sent me a new pair. Took them out of the box and connected them to my phone. Still can’t hear me. Problem is the same. Is there something I’m missing?
Obvious question but do you have the cup with the Digital Crown on your right ear? The microphones don't work right if you have them on backwards, it will sound like you are talking from another room.
