OK, but after they re-download, all related data is available? for example when Whatsup re-downloaded, are my chats and contacts available, or I have to re-load everything manually? Same with other apps that contain data itself
If you set up your phone from an iCloud backup, or did a direct transfer, your WhatsApp data should be on your new phone.

The apps themselves are not saved on a backup. They are re-downloaded- assuming they’re still available, and you have not changed your country or region.
