Trouble running Unity WebGL media player on web

I have a game subscription using Unity WebGL media player on the web. Since upgrading to an iMac 2017 this year, I can no longer run the game. I have contacted the game developer and they think it is an issue specific to this computer. Other clients run it without issue, including my husband on his Macbook Air.

Any ideas on how to resolve?

Greetings ann177,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems you're unable to play WebGL content in Safari.

Ensure WebGL is turned on: Change Websites preferences in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

Test with a different browser, and test with a different macOS user account on your Mac to help isolate the behavior:

Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support

Kind regards.
