iOS Reminders not Syncing Completed Tasks between devices.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro, iPad Pro (2018) and an Apple Watch 5 all running the latest version of respective software. I have many Repeat Reminders setup in my devices. The issue I’m facing is, every time a Reminder notification pops up and I mark it as complete. It doesn’t get synced with other devices. I have to manually mark them as complete every time or swipe away the notification. Most annoying this is I usually keep my Apple Watch switched off while I’m not wearing it. So every time I turn it on, I’ll be bombarded with numerous old messages and reminders. Am I doing something wrong because this is really very counter-intuitive. If any one can help me with this would be much appreciated. Thanks

No, I still did not figure out a solution for this issue. Tried contacting Apple support but no useful help given other than restarting all my Devices and logging off my Apple ID and logging back in. They assured to take it as a feedback back and address this in the future update. So I’m not very hopeful I’m gonna get any solution to my issue here.
