i have a 12 pro max, have used it for 3 months now, but am not happy with it. it is perfect. simply just not for me. my hands are too small, my wrists are too weak. do you know if i can send it back to apple and buy a smaller one instead? it is obviously more than 14 days. chantal.

U can go to apple trade in and trade your iphone 12 pro max to iphone 12 mini if you are in the united states.
to do it go to apple.com and chose iphone 12 mini, do like if you were going to bye it and you will see apple trade in and put your iphones info.
