Or;
If you can't remember/gain access to the apple id that paired the watch to the phone.Take the watch and it's receipt along with some photo id and any other proof of ownership to an Apple Store and request that they remove the Activation Lock for you.
Otherwise the watch will be of no use to you.
I think so too but she didn’t seem to be able to fix it, you think there’s any chance the Apple store can help?
A friend gave me her old Apple Watch once she got a new one but I can’t sync it to my phone it says this Apple Watch is already linked to an Id but she says it’s deleted off her stuff
