I got a text saying virus detected delete all spam now

All such messages are scams from criminals. Do not interact with the message or the sender.

There is no way for a text message to have any knowledge of anything installed on your system. So a text or web site cannot “detect” anything.

Messages like these are sent by scammers. Apple will never email or text you if you have a virus/malware.

I’m having major problems with spam texts and the filter is not catching unknown numbers. How do I get this to stop?
