ipod 7th gen

ok so my ipod touch 7th gen i dropped in water while in a hommock and it doesnt turn on now and it fell a couple times from my shelf and it was enough to shatter it so any help with repair cost im strictly getting pictures off. and when it was on if i accideentilly dropped it it would kill pixels and id have a black screen until it died
