Where are Apple Music Playlists stored on disk? Trying to play each song in playlist 3 times

I have a niche case where I'm trying to play each song in a playlist 3 times before moving onto the next one. I know I can copy and paste the song multiple times within the playlist but I'd like to do this programatically since I have hundreds of songs I need to do this for. Another ask is if there's a way to edit each of the files to start at a selected time. I could go to the options and then click start and edit that manually but that would take quite awhile per song.
