If I reinstall the apps on my iPhone will I lose the apps that I have bought?

App Store > your picture (account) > purchased > re-download any app with the cloud icon .

I believe that the re-install may purge the previous version , but you won't be left without the app entirely .☁️

Once you buy an app it is yours forever. If you delete it that will delete all of its data that resides on the phone, but if the app includes cloud storage that will not be deleted. For example, if you delete Words with Friends, then add it back at some later time, your game history will be restored to your phone.

Your phone also has the capability to “offload” apps if your phone is low on space. Data for an offloaded app remains on the phone, only the app is removed, so if you restore it or download it again you will be back where you were before it was offloaded.

I feel that the question may have been misunderstood , I read it as related to

" App Store " and/or " versions " .

Additionally , the answer isn't restricted to iPhone , I replied with my iPad (5th gen)
