iMessages Disabled

Hello. My iMessages stopped working out of nowhere. It says something like, “You must enable messages...” I tried all the troubleshooting found on Google — turned iMessage on and off, logged out of my iPhone (12 Mini), etc. Nothing works. What is going on here?
