I want to cancel Apple TV subscription

I am trying to cancel Apple TV after a free trial but none of the help files online show how to cancel my subscription. I do not have an Apple TV device. I signed up for the free trial from a web browser and when I go to tv.apple.com and go to my settings - there is no option to cancel. there is only the option to change to a different subscription plan.

How do I cancel this???
