Use Ethernet:
Backup Up through your computer, you might be able to connect the computer through Ethernet, just to get the connection.
Use a usb to lightening cable, connect it to a Mac or Windows computer and use iTunes (or finder with MacOS Catalina or Big Sur).
Wireless iCloud backups require a WiFi connection.
