What do you do if “Advanced” is not at the bottom of your screen in step 3??

I’m trying to Restore my contacts info., but Settings won’t open in; iCloud Contacts file and I am so far unable to access Advanced at the bottom of my Settings page. Using Windows 10S on a Lenovo Laptop. Any ideas?

Hi AndyPVD,

We see you're attempting to restore your iCloud contacts, however when following through the steps in the support article, you're unable to locate "Advanced" at iCloud.com, is that correct?

If you don't see Advanced, do you see other options that are generally in that section? Such as the option to sign out of iCloud in all of your browsers or manage your apps that can look up your information? If all of those options are missing it, may be that your browser isn't displaying all the content. Try resetting the zoom scale on your browser, generally that's done by holding down CTRL-0 while in the relevant browser.

If you're still unable to see the section, try a different browser on your PC. For example if you're using Chrome, try Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer.

Let us know the results from there.

Cheers!
