Iphone not delivered
I ordered Iphone 12 mini white two weeks ago. It was scheduled to be delivered on March 1 in Dutch Harbor. The last update was on March 3, on Anchorage. The receiving person is not in Dutch Harbor anymore. What should I do?

Apple uses a third-party, typically FedEx, to deliver their products to the address that you specify. Due to either Covid or weather, those deliveries may be delayed.

You should also have been provided with a shipper tracking number and contact them directly as well.

I am aware of that. I have those tracking data. The order is still in Anchorage according to those data. How can I cancel it?
If you read the article I provided you carefully, at the end it tells you how to contact Apple directly about your order. From there you should be able to cancel it if you wish.
Yes I read it, the e-mail they provided is out of function, returning mails.
