Delayed delivery of iPhone shipment

I ordered my iPhone 13 pro max on the 20th of February 2022 from the Apple store app. Today is 7/3722.

my order status says it was shipped but not delivered.

UPS said they didn’t receive the order and have an open investigation.

i have been trying to get in touch with an Apple agent for clarification and advise but I’m only given numbers to call in the states and I’m in zambia.

can anyone advise or help?
