Is this free or am I on a trial. It’s on my watch and I’m not sure if I put it there

Is the Apple fitness app with the rings a free version? Is this free or am I on a trial. It’s on my watch and I’m not sure if I put it there. I thought I was using something free. But today I saw where there is a 3 months trial. I didn’t click it, because I thought I’ve been using the free version linked to my watch. I click on the little running icon on the watch to start a workout. If it’s not free I want to take it off.

What you're looking at is free.

Perhaps you signed up for a trial subscription to Apple Fitness +. (But what you're showing does not require this.) You can check on your iPhone at Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions.
