If you purchased your iPhone within the last 14 days you can return it, get your money back, and then purchase a brand new iPhone in retail packaging. If it has been longer than that, and your iPhone needs to be replaced, it will be a service replacement unit that may be new or refurbished and will be in a sealed plain box with no accessories.

Other than possibly the screen and one IC in some models there aren't that many Samsung parts. I would suggest you look further and get ready to some reading, Samsung, LG and Google have the same warranty policies regarding replacement units as Apple.
