FYI, this is not Apple support and it is not instant chat. These are user to user forums and we answer questions when we know the answer and are at our computer.


I do not have an HP, but I've read about problems with HP and Big Sur. Have you tried to re-add it in the System Preferenes?


And, check with HP; there are dozens of results if you google HP and Big Sur.
