Reset Keyboard Dictionary not working

You've done fantastic steps so far. Resetting the dictionary should have done the trick for you. After that, you should have been able to correct the word when typing and it should have relearned that new correction after maybe a few times. If that's not happening, you could try to see if you have the option to reinstall iOS to refresh everything. But if you don't get the option to reinstall, you would want to back up your data and restore your device to see if that resolves it.
