Hi, my name is Julka and I have been using iPhone XS for two years. Recently, I started to have a problem with the storage of thisdevice. My iPhone has 64 GB of which suddenly more than half is occupied by "other" stuff. I've already spoken to Apple support and they advised me to reset my phone and reconfigure it, but it didn't help. Do you have any other advice?

If you reset the device to factory all the data is removed and the device is now the same as new.
Yes, I know but i have still the same problem. My storage if full. I have got 50GB of free space on my iCloud, and i have got only 29 applications. I don’t know what takes space on my device
Rented iCloud storage does not increase the storage capacity on the device.
