Why is my Facetime not working

I have tried all the methods that I met on the site but it does not work

All iPhone users who are in My Contacts I cannot contact them with facetime

what should i do ?

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, you are unable to use FaceTime despite being set up. We'll do our best to assist with this.


FaceTime isn't offered in all regions and with all wireless carriers, so we'd make sure this is something available to you. This is explained further, along with troubleshooting steps for your issue here: If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


If that doesn't sort this out, then we'd ask for you to reply with the following:

  1. What happens when you enter in a contact's name in the FaceTime app?
  2. Do you receive any errors? If so, what are those errors?
  3. Does this happen in multiple locations or in specific locations? If specific, are you connected to a managed network?
