How do you change the size of a book page ?

File menu > Page setup

Choose a listed paper size, or scroll to the bottom of the list and choose Manage Custom Sizes to specify a size not on the list.

How to go back to page turning in books I just purchased a book (12/4/23) and found that I can no longer turn a page like you do with a book. They have changed the format to scroll, like I am scrolling a document. I really do not like this new format and would like to go back to being able to turn a page. I am reading a book not scrolling a document. Any ideas???
