Does Mojave Activity still have the green vertical bars option?
dejavu (looks like Apple dropped it in 10.9 and brought it back after...)
I have the wide blue ones (shows 8 cores), but can't get the thin green set
I can't even re-find Show Floating CPU Window in Mojave...
This used to be available in 10.6x here
Yes you can elect to view it in the Dock, but if you click on Window and select CPU Usage you will see the floating window, thus, but there is no longer the option for the green display the OP would like.

seems odd Apple kept the clunky oversized wide blue set and dumped the thin green
if anyone has it figured one way or the other...
In Mojave you can still have the blue bar effect for CPU usage, but only in the Dock:
