Despite resetting my Apple ID password 10 times, I still can't login to Facetime on my computer. I can login on my iPhone. Help?

Help? I've reset the password 10 times and still can't login to Facetime on my Macbook.

Ater attempting to login, it says, "This account has no reachable addresses. Please go to appleid.apple.com. However, I have an apple ID, or I couldn't post to this community.
