Refund/exchange Policy

Hello, I want to purchase a watch as a gift but the return is 15 days after it is received but the website doesn't confirm how long delivery will take. So I do not know when to place the order. Also, what is the exchange policy incase they want to switch the watch I choose?

Whether it is a gift or your personal purchase the return clock (which is 14 days) begins when the Watch is delivered as you already noted. If you are planning on buying it, having it delivered to you and then shipping it to the recipient the return date starts when you received it. And return will have the money return to whichever financial card was used to purchase it.
