"Your Apple ID cannot be used to create accounts for other apps"

I have two step verification

I am Signed in to Icloud

I am over 13

However when trying to sign in with Apple Id I get the Notification "Your Apple ID cannot be used to create accounts for other apps"

Does anyone know why?

The reasons for this message is a security and privacy feature of iOS called, Sign in with Apple.

Check the Apple Support article called How to use Sign in with Apple to see how this works.
