Sadly, I have not used my wonderful old film and slide scanner in a while. It still works perfectly fine but
now my Mac is running Mojave and I get "Power PC apps no longer supported. I understand that, but in 2012 some one posted that you could buy a newer version of the Nikon Scan app. I cannot find it on the Nikon or Amazon site. Anyone know if it's possible???

Don't know if Nikon still support it in the newer OS's, but this software will run on macOS Mojave,

When Hamrick software got started, it was early Nikon scanners. As a new scanner would hit the market, the local Nikon store would loan Hamrick the new scanner model and another Nikon scanner got supported by VueScan. So the full range of Nikon scanners is now supported without any Nikon software.
