Problems with uploading codes to Arduino uno M1 Macbook pro

from time to time, Big Sur has these strange moments that can't read or write USB devices such as Arduino board.

Arduino software just keeps crashing while uploads or the whole app crashes when you open the serial monitor.

it drives me crazy, this problem keeps appearing. I can't even upload Blink from basic examples to Arduino UNO. or after a long wait for "uploading". it appears "done uploading", however, the onboard led doesn't blink at all, and the Arduino software crashes. and after few days this problem disappears and later came back to hang me again... please tell me why????!!!!! I am considering returning the laptop... or should I hang on a little longer until this problem resolves?

tested with 2 brand new Arduino UNO and of course the board and. the port was selected correctly.
