Its a classic scam, just close the tab/window and clear the cache and data for the site. Apple will never call or message you saying your RAM is full or something similar. If you want to see how full your storage is go up to the (Apple Logo) on the menu bar (top right corner), click that then "About This Mac", then click the "Storage" tab and you will see how your storage is. If you want to de-clutter and remove some stuff you can hit manage and then remove certain items.

remove certain items." isnt gonna be a part of the message. Here are pictures of what to do: Go to Desktop and click the apple logo ()

Then in the submenu that drops down, click About This Mac.

A window will open that will look similar to this showing your current OS and many other things, click the storage tab.

Once in the Storage Tab you can see on a bar graph how full your storage actually is. CLick the manage button.

A window will then open that will show you different things that are on your system (ie applications, images, movies, music, etc) you can remove these as you like, just remember once you remove it its not going to be accessible. (So for example if you have an application that takes up say 4 GB of space and you use it regularly don't remove it cause then you will have to re download it again.)

Safe Boot, (holding Shift key down at startup), does the problem occur in Safe Mode? Could take 10 minutes.

Safe mode attempts to repair Disks & clears lots of caches & loads safe Drivers, & prevents loading of 3rd party extensions, so if Safe Mode works try again in regular boot.

Workable but harder for me to work with...the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...

Since you said you use Safari the steps are as follows:

1. Open Safari
2. Press the keys Command comma (⌘ , ) This will open the preferences for Safari.
3. Select the Privacy tab. And then click the Manage Website Data button.
4. A drop down will appear, either select the url of the site that you were on when the message started showing up. For example if you were on allstatics.com, select that and click remove and then done, (If I were you, I would select remove all, just be ware that this will sign you out of websites but it is more likely to delete all the data from the fraudulent warning).
