Apple trade in
I have put my apple trade in in FedEx drop box for it to mail back to apple, but I have waited for 5 day to track it but it said invalid for me. I wonder why and what can I do?

It is strongly advised to drop valuable items off at the counter where you will receive a receipt confirming the drop off. There are no protections if you drop in a box and it is stolen as there is no confirmation that the item was actually dropped off.
You need to reach out to FedEx about this.
