Hey there Twindivide,

We'd like to help get your Apple Watch set up and working correctly with Fitness+.

Let's start with a few basics to make sure they're out of the way:

  1. The first thing you want to confirm is if your Apple ID is already set up with two-factor authentication: Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
  2. Next, let's make sure you're using a compatible Apple Watch model. You'll need a series 3 or higher, with watchOS 7.2 or higher.
  3. We see you're using an iPhone 11, and the latest version would be iOS 14.4.1. You can verify the version number installed within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  4. For your Apple Watch, the latest version would be watchOS 7.3.2. You can verify the version number installed within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to Update your Apple Watch.
  5. This link shows how to Update apps or use automatic downloads on both devices.
  6. If you haven't tried one yet, you'll want to restart both devices. This link shows how to Restart your iPhone, and this one shows How to restart your Apple Watch.

Take care!
