External XQD reader not recognized

macOS Big Sur 11.2.3, MacBook Pro. My xqd card is not read by the MacBook. Its unrecognized in the usb category of system report as well. how to solve this issue. Thank you.

pkcs11 problems on macOs Ventura Hello! I am from Costa Rica and when I want to install the digital signature through the /Library/Application Support/Athena/libASEP11.dylib library, my free version of Adobe Acrobat that I use indicates an error when installing it. It says that the module "PKCS#11 cannot be loaded". I have a MacBook Pro M1 and am already a macOS Ventura user. My digital signature device is recent so I don't think that's the problem Has anyone managed to solve this? Thks! ----- ¡Hola! Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems your XQD reader isn't recognized by your Mac.

Try using a different adapter with your Mac, or check the manufacturer's website for updated driver information to help the Mac recognize the hardware.
