2011 MacBook Pro bluetooth "not available"

Updated to macOS High Sierra 10.13.6 and now bluetooth isn't available, when I put my mouse over icon, it says "Bluetooth: Not Available"

PLEASE HELP

bluetooth grayed out Macbook Air 2017 running on Monterey I just upgraded my MacBook Air 2017 from Sierra to Monterey, but the bluetooth is still grayed out despite doing the reset SMC, PRAM, sudo pkill, restarting, etc. The bluetooth also stopped working a few months ago when it was still on Sierra. Does anybody know how to solve this issue?
