Just purchased a MackBook Air M1 Laptop, the text on the screen is so small I can barely read it. What can I do to enlarge the print....this is critical for me. Did not realize this would be a problem. Have no problem reading anything on my iPad or phone. Why on this new Apple product?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. Congratulations on your new MacBook Air! It sounds like you need to make the text larger on your Mac screen. We're happy to help you.
Open System Preferences by clicking the Apple logo > System Preferences. Then select Display. Make sure you select the Display tab, and select the option Scaled. You will see some option there to help make the text larger on your screen.

Thank you! You solved my question. I am now enjoying my MackBook Air Laptop. I have spent two hours on it today, doing work and personal time....and, I can read the screen!!! I was really worried about not being able to read the screen, even on my 27 inch HP Monitor. Again, thank you. I am glad I found this community with persons like yourself. Galatians 11
I can barely read any of the screen because the type/etc is so small. How do i make the information on the screen larger to read?
