check the checkbox:

Mail > Preferences > Composing

[√] Automatically CC: Myself

cc: stands for Carbon Copy; bcc: stands for Blind [not visible to others] Carbon Copy

Apple Mail: Email sending twice I’ve recently updated to Ventura on my 2021 MacBook Air and I’m finding that my emails are sending twice. It’s not just that they’re appearing twice in my sent box, but my recipients are getting them twice. It’s happening on both my Outlook and Gmail accounts. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix it? I’ve deleted and re added the account plus restarted my machine. Google has given me no answers.

receiving duplicate emails I am currently running 10.13.6 on my imac and my mac email client is downloading duplicates of the same message over and over. I have gone to the email server and deleted any trace of the duplicate messages. I have changed nothing other than a OS update. Duplicates arrive about every time the client searches for new messages.
