If one of your 5 authorizations is on a computer that you don't use anymore, deauthorize it. If you sold or gave away a computer that's used one of your 5 authorizations, you need to choose Deauthorize All on the Account Information page. Then authorize each computer that you still use.

Deactivate? Or Deauthorize?

Do you you mean deauthorize all your computers? If you mean to deactivate all of your accounts, then contact Apple Support. Once deactivated, iTune Store purchases may no longer become accessible again. On top of that, note that as of this post, Apple Accounts cannot be merged. That's just the way it is. So, if deactivating all your Apple Accounts, then contact Apple Support:
