“Unable to Load Photo”

Upon transfer from my old iPhone 8 to my new iPhone 12Pro, a number of photos came through with this message: “Unable to Load Photo” “An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this photo.”

I do not use iCloud for my photos. Is there a way to continue the transfer; some way to reload these particular photos without purchasing space on iCloud?

Photos did not transfer on back up I transferred all of my data from my iPhone 7 to my new iPhone 12 Pro and everything went well except a bunch of older photos are blacked out and gives an error when they are selected. The error says “unable to load photo. An error occurred while loading a higher quality version of this photo.” The photo is still viewable on my iCloud account and my older iPhone. how do I fix this so that all my photos display properly.

icloud photos hello! i have recently transferred over to a new iphone and wanted to transfer my icloud photos as well. however, the transfer had first been stuck at 1% for this to now have appeared and soon after disappeared as well. the photos from my old phone have still not transferred, despite both phones having the same software version (13.5.1) should i perhaps update the software on both phones for my photos to transfer? please help me with this. thank you!

Failure of Photo Library to Transfer to iPhone 13 Pro There were no iPhone 13 Pro's available in area Apple stores so I ordered online and had a tech come to my home to set it up. He had to leave before the lengthy data transfer. When the transfer was complete, I I noticed that only about 20 photos had transferred from my photo library. What to do? Thanks.
