i cant hear when people call or i call them, nothing at all. please help

I can’t hear anything when I call people and they call me. The speaker option on calls is now not available. I’ve tried all options in settings as suggested and tested my speakers. It looks like they are all malfunctioned but why all of a sudden and how can I fix it. Thanks
