TouchBar suddenly gone.

Hi.

After two weeks of using my new Macbook Pro 2020 M1, my TouchBar suddenly went blank. I have tried everything to get it back to work, but non of them worked for me. (Restarting, Terminal commands, reinstalling macOS(three times, with or without erasing Macintosh HD), and so on).

Today i found a way to force my Mac running TouchBarServer, and brought TouchBar's Display back, but not the touch part. Also after restarting it will be gone again. I guess some important files is missing on my mac. There is no TouchBarAgent or ControlStrip in my Activity Monitor. What should i do? Or is there a way to manually run TouchBarAgent and ControlStrip?
