Hey , how can I change on my activity rings so it will show me my total resting energy instead of active energy ?

Health app data not transferring to workout app A couple of weeks ago my watch ran out of batteries while doing a late night workout. I’ve tried to add the remainder of my workout through the health app however, the calories or workout minutes are not transferring over to my workout app. This is concerning me because I’ve set myself a goal to workout daily and close my rings for an entire year. I was 13 calories off closing my move goal when my watch died. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Apple Watch not showing active calories I am having the same issue as y’all. Are used Garmin or a wahoo at times and then I upload those workouts over to HealthFit app. Since getting the Apple series 7 and the iPhone 13 my Apple Watch is not translating the active calories as it used to from these activities. I’ve tried to manually put them in the activity app and still on the Apple Watch does not translate accurate active calories.

watch 6: can I recalibrate red Move activity ring to Steps walked in total? I want the red Move activity ring of my Apple Watch 6 to reflect the number of steps I've taken in an entire day, rather than energy burned. Can I recalibrate that?

You can't,those 3 rings are written in stone and cannot be changed.
