Can’t edit App Store reviews?

I used to be able to edit App Store reviews but now I can’t. If I go to the app page and click on “write a review” it does not populate my previous review. It brings up a blank box for me to write a new review. Is this a new change with iOS 14.4.1? Did Apple make it so we can’t edit reviews or is there another way to do it? Thanks
