Mac mini 2018

I was thinking about the Mac mini Oct 2018. Is 8GB, 256SSD enough? I do not do heavy tasks just the normal everyday and I don't play games. I am an elderly lady that works nights at our hospital. So, I don't do anything fancy-just want to make sure it will also do Zoom.

Which Mac Book Pro to Buy! HELPPPP! I've been going back and forth on which laptop to purchase. I'm a Youtuber and also a photographer. I'm more so lenient towards the Mac Pro 16 inch solely because of size and it's power. However, I'm also not creating that much content at the moment. Would it be better to purchase the 13 inch, or should I go with the 16 inch? Any and all feedback is appreciated.
